1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

*Please note: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed, as shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier logistics.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually becomes active within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lunlaying is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, import taxes, and brokerage fees).

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
