We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

2. If your return is accepted, our customer service team will send you the return shipping address and detailed return instructions.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Fees

• Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
